Brock St. - North River Heights Whole Home Renovation & Addition
White Label Homes approached to expand and renovate the basement, main, and second floor of this character North River Heights home. The homeowners wanted to honour the vintage of their existing home while adding some art-deco flourishes.
We worked to modernize elements of the space while thoughtfully adding and enhancing individual elements that could tell a story about the home in its original state. Period-correct details like doors, casing, and radiators were salvaged from a home demolition and installed in this home to create a seamless connection from old to new.
